The ConveyLinx-Ai2 24V gives you the opportunity to control our motor rollers and geared drives with M8-4Pin connection. You can use our ConveyLinx-Ai2 24V for simple zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) applications as well as part of a PLC-configured system with complex applications.

With ConveyLinx-Ai2, a zero-pressure accumulation conveyor can operate fully autonomously, eliminating the need for a PLC. However, when integration with a higher-level control system is required, the controller supports ProfiNet, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP, and CCLink protocols. In such cases, the PLC only needs to manage a few decision points, simplifying the overall control process. For full PLC control, all ConveyLinx-Ai2 units can be configured and managed using the Topology from TIA Portal or STEP 7.
Even with PLC integration, ConveyLinx-Ai2’s internal logic can be utilized, reducing the PLC’s programming load. The controller also provides comprehensive diagnostic tools, enabling a cost-effective preventive maintenance strategy that significantly reduces unplanned downtime. The Senergy-Ai and PGD-Ai motors are easily connected using standard M8-4Pin connectors, ensuring a safe and fast mechanical installation.
