Pulseroller offers high-quality drive and control components with 24V and 48V, delivering advanced solutions for global markets. Pulseroller products are characterized by state-of-the-art control technology based on Ethernet, EtherCAT, or I/O Link, ensuring precision control and reliability.

The Pulseroller brand was created by three companies: Kyowa, Industrial Software, and Insight Automation.

KYOWA MANUFACTURING JAPAN – Established in 1950, Kyowa is a leading manufacturer of gears, shafts, gearboxes, and specialized machine components. In 1970, the company began producing drum motors for belt conveyors and later developed its first brushless, DC-powered drive rollers. With years of experience in gearbox design, Kyowa is a valued partner for brands like Kawasaki and Kubota.

INDUSTRIAL SOFTWARE – Industrial Software LTD, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, is responsible for the development of control technology and electronics within the Pulseroller team. Founded in 1986 by its current owner, the company has successfully developed and produced PLC controllers, initially for the petrochemical industry and, since 2000, for the material handling industry.

INSIGHT AUTOMATION – Founded in 2000 by two American conveyor experts, Insight Automation provides hardware and software for the conveyor industry. Guided by the principle, “We don’t make conveyors; we make them smart,” the company focuses on developing drive controllers and components and handles the sales, marketing, product development, and testing of Pulseroller technology.
