The MotionLinx-Ai 24V is Pulseroller‘s advanced EtherCAT two-zone high-speed controller, specifically designed for a wide range of applications in the conveyor industry and general machine building. It can power two Senergy-Ai or two PGD-Ai motors simultaneously, providing high performance control for demanding systems.
One of the key advantages of MotionLinx-Ai is that it does not require proprietary software for configuration. All parameters are configurable through Service Data Objects (SDO), fully adhering to EtherCAT standards. This ensures seamless integration and compatibility across various systems. Moreover, preventive maintenance data can be easily retrieved via SDO read transfer, enhancing system reliability and reducing downtime.
Thanks to its compact design, MotionLinx-Ai can be integrated into virtually any field environment with ease. Its dimensions are identical to those of ConveyLinx-Ai2, making it an ideal solution for design standardization and low-profile installations.
