The ConveyLinx Ai3-FC-48 is a high-performance controller designed for all 48V Pulseroller drives and transfer units. Featuring piercing technology on 2.5 mm² flat cables, it ensures quick and easy installation while providing a sufficient cabling range in field environments.

Built on the foundation of the ConveyLinx Ai3-FC, this 48V controller is equipped with an integrated brake chopper that prevents over-voltage during braking, ensuring smooth and safe operation. Fully compatible with the ConveyLinx family, it seamlessly integrates into existing systems.

The patent-pending “Active Power Management” system is a groundbreaking innovation that prevents power supply overloading. By configuring the system via EasyRoll+, a group of ConveyLinx-Ai3-FC controllers is connected to a single power supply. The system defines the maximum amperage for the group and monitors the power consumption. Active Power Management then dynamically regulates the individual drives, optimizing and reducing power consumption as needed. This ensures reliable and efficient conveying under all operating conditions and prevents power supply failure during peak load scenarios.

With Active Power Management, the design process is streamlined by eliminating uncertainties in power calculations. There’s no need for oversizing power reserves, as the system is defined by its average power requirements rather than its peak. This helps minimize the number of power supplies required while ensuring system reliability during peak loads.
