Holding Brake Roller

Mechanical holding brake roller for incline and decline conveyors.

The HBR (Holding Brake Roller) is seamlessly controlled by a ConveyLinx controller, which also manages a connected motorised roller. The motorised roller is connected to one motor output, while the HBR is connected to the other. The ConveyLinx controller automatically coordinates and controls the brake, ensuring that the conveyor system operates reliably and safely.

In the event of a power failure or emergency stop, the HBR prevents any packages or containers from moving downhill on inclines, maintaining complete control over the system. The HBR reliably keeps the rollers braked, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the conveyor system.
