The Senergy-JST and JST-B for 24V applications is the optimal motor roller for applications requiring a 9-Pin JST connector. You can choose between the version with and without an integrated holding brake. The fitting control is our „ConveyLinx-JST-B“ to control all movements.
The Senergy-JST-B is the ideal motor roller for applications requiring a reliable holding brake. Whether you need to stop and hold items on a conveyor or manage incline and decline conveyors, this motor roller’s internal electromagnetic brake ensures secure positioning of conveyed goods.
Featuring a robust design, the Senergy-JST-B integrates a brushless 24V DC motor with an internal spring-loaded electromagnetic brake. Under normal operating conditions, the brake remains disengaged (held open by its electromagnet). When the motor is switched off, the brake automatically engages (closed by its spring), preventing any further rotation of the roller.
In addition to its use in conveyor systems, the Senergy-JST-B is also suitable for automated guided vehicles (AGVs), where it helps prevent containers from moving due to inertia.
The ConveyLinx-JST-B control unit manages all functionalities of the Senergy-JST-B, similar to the ConveyLinx-Ai2. This control system automatically releases the brake when the drive command is given and re-engages it during dynamic braking or power interruptions. This ensures that braking and holding functions are fully automated, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of your conveyor system
